Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after cutoff time, on weekends or U.S. holidays may be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days — flat rate $ X or FREE for orders over $Y.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2-3 business days — rate $ Z.
Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions & Exclusions
We currently ship only within the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses under Standard or Expedited shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S. (or if you do: specify countries, duties, customs responsibilities).
Lost / Damaged Packages
If you believe your package is lost or was delivered damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Holiday / Unexpected Delays
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or due to external factors (weather, carrier delays), delivery may take longer than estimated. We appreciate your patience and will update you via email if we anticipate delays.
