Q. What payment methods can I use?

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Currently, we ship only within the United States. For future international orders, please sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
Q. Can I track my order?
A. Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Q. What if my package arrives damaged or missing items?
A. Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. Provide your order number and photos of any damage. We’ll investigate and offer resolution.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order?
A. We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
Q. Do you offer gift wrapping?
A. Yes — gift packaging is available at checkout (if you offer).
Q. Are there customs or duties for U.S. orders?
A. For domestic U.S. orders, import duties or customs fees do not apply. If and when we offer international shipping in the future, customers may be responsible for any duties or taxes.
